When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Dr. Faiz and Dr. Shaimaa knew they had to act fast. With a shortage of beds and a growing number of patients, they came up with the idea of opening a dedicated camp for Covid-19 patients. However, they soon faced a major challenge—they couldn’t find a suitable space to bring their idea to life.

Just when it seemed like all hope was lost, they were fortunate to find a suitable premise for the hospital. With this new space, the hospital quickly gained a reputation for providing exceptional care, built on a foundation of ethics and empathy.

They gradually expanded into various departments, all while staying committed to ethics and empathy. From that moment on, there was no looking back.

Thanks to their commitment to excellence, Integro Hospital became a leading provider of top-notch care, attracting talented doctors and specialists from all over.With a team of more than 30 expert doctors, they now specialize in surgery for more than 15 different departments.

they couldn’t find a suitable space to make their idea a reality.

About Founder

Meet Dr. Faizulla Khan, an experienced and well-known Consultant, Urologist, and Laparoscopic & Transplant Surgeon in Hyderabad. He holds an MBBS, MS, MCh, and FRLS (Germany) degree and has a total of 12 years of experience.

Dr. Faiz is the Managing Director of the hospital. In 2011 he’s been awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal for his individual achievements and dedication to providing the latest treatments with ethics and empathy. Global Economic Progress & Research Association presented him with an award for outstanding individual achievement in medicine. He has successfully done more than 1000 surgeries by advanced laser and laparoscopic, with minimal infection rate and he is open to adapting to rapid technological advancements, ensuring his patients receive the best care possible.

Meet Dr. Shaimaa Soherwardi, the CEO of Integro Hospital. With a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine, MDS in Oral Pathology and Microbiology, a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, an Advanced Diploma in Stem Cell Research, and a BDS in Dentistry, she is a determined business owner committed to excellence. She’s a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in hospital management, capable of streamlining operations, increasing revenue, and reducing costs.

Dr. Shaimaa is results-driven and focused on company success and competitive growth, building successful teams and managing profitable operations while maintaining ethics and empathy. She was also selected for the Women’s Entrepreneurship Program 2022 by Goldman Sachs in IIM Bangalore. She was awarded the best business growth plan presentation in Cohort 16.
